 - 자퇴원서(양식), 재입학원서(양식)에 지도교수 및 학과주임의 

 날인을 받은 후 대학(학과)행정팀에 방문 제출(인터넷신청 불가)

 - 재입학 허가받은 학생은 정규등록기간에 등록금을 반드시 납부

전공변경

2월 1일(목) - 26일(월)

16시까지

 - 전공변경허가원(양식) 작성 후 대학행정팀에 방문 제출

 - 수료사정 개시 및 수료 이후 전공변경 불가

 - 2024학년도 1학기가 수료예정 학기인 학생의 경우, 

 반드시 본 학적변동 기간에 전공변경을 신청하여야 함

석·박사통합과정 [수료생]의 석사학위 취득 신청

1월 15일(월) - 

1월 26일(금) 16시까지

- 석사학위취득신청원 작성 후 대학행정팀으로 방문 제출

- 합격자는 개별통보 예정

Leave of absence/Return from leave of absence

Feb. 1 (Thu) –

26 (Mon) 16:00

- KUPID → Registration/Graduation → University Registration → Application for Leave of Absence/Return

- Students intending to take leave of absence due to pregnancy/childbirth, child rearing, military service, business start-up, etc. must submit supporting documentation.

- Newly admitted students cannot take leave of absence in the first semester after admission (except for leave of absence due to pregnancy/childbirth, child rearing, and military service).

- For international students : Jan. 8 (Mon.) ~ 31(Wed) 

Change of Academic Advisor

- KUPID → Registration/Graduation → University Registration → Petition for Change of Advisor

*Change of academic advisor must be requested during the registration status modification period.

Mid-course Withdrawal from Integrated Master-Doctoral Degree Program

- KUPID → Registration/Graduation → University Registration → Application for Mid-course Withdrawal from Integrated Master-Doctoral Degree Program

- Withdrawal from an integrated master-doctoral degree program is not possible after completion of the required course credits and required registration period.

Selection of Academic Advisor for Newly Admitted Students

Mar. 4 (Mon) – 

5 (Tue) 16:00

- KUPID → Registration/Graduation → University Registration → Advisor Selection

- Students who have not selected their academic advisor will be ineligible to acquire research guidance credits.

Voluntary Withdrawal/ Readmission

*Application period for readmission:

Jan. 15 (Mon) –

* Voluntary Withdrawal: 

Feb. 1(Thu)-26(Mon) 16:00

- Students must submit a voluntary withdrawal form/application for readmission signed/sealed by their academic advisor and department chair to the Administration Office of their affiliated department (online application not available).

- Students granted readmission must pay tuition during the regular registration period.

Change of Major

Feb. 1 (Thu) – 26 (Mon) 16:00

- Students must submit a petition for change of graduate major to the Administration Office of their affiliated department.

- Changing of major is not possible after completion of the required course.

- In case of those students who is going to complete their course in Spring 2024, they MUST apply for the change of major during this modification of registration status period. 

Acquisition of Master’s Degree by Degree Candidates for Integrated Master-Doctoral Degree Program

Jan. 15 (Mon) – 

26 (Fri) 16:00

- Students must submit an application for master’s degree acquisition to the Administration Office of their affiliated department.

- Successful applicants will be individually notified.
